Professional color means a color which will not though CMYK channel and it will use a special ink to print. Professional color ink is made by printing factory or ink factory prior. Each professional color will have a special color swatch to match. Professional color can make the color be printed better. Even we can¡¯t separate the color though computer but we can though color swatch to distinguish different profession color, example Pantone color match guide can provide people a details color swatch. Printing factory may not adjust those colors which is out of professional color and can't be separated in computer screen. So pls. try do not use those colors which belong professional color range.

The basic difference is the color spare while editing graphics in RGB, CMYK and Lab. Color space means a color numbers which comprise a special color, example the screen printing color range. In nature, visible light line contains the biggest color space and this color space including all visible colors which can seen by people. In color model space, Lab color space is the biggest one and it contains all colors in RGB and CMYK.

Color separation is a professional name which means it will separate the original color to 4 colors (Cyan, Magenta, yellow and black); The color separation job is to scan the original color and then separate it to CMYK model which can be done using printing & graphics design software. In general, the color model by scanner, digital camera and most of the pictures which download from internet is RGB model. It must be separate to CMYK before printing process and this is the basic requirement for printing. If the color model is RGB or Lab then the screen spot may only could be shown on K plate. In this situation, the color model will be gray color model. Color separation job is very simple in Photoshop. You only need to convert RGB or Lab model to CMYK model though Image/Mode/CMYK. This way the graphic will have 4 color channels and different color channel will be made on different film while making the film e.g. Cyan film, Magenta film, Yellow film, Black film.

The lead time of your order is decided by your request on the order. In general, it will take 3~8 days for mass production, most of time it¡¯s within 4 days. The post-process is very different, example film lamination, binding, gluing, die-cutting and foil stamping and so on. And this will cost us 4 days more, but our long-term customer will have a VIP on this process.
